The boxes arrived in better shape this time, and luckily there are no broken pieces! They were strapped down on a pallet, which was nice. They are very pretty! The tile is beautiful and matches our counters well. It was about half the price of a different tile vendor we had been considering. Our first set came with a few damaged pieces that Wayfair was able to quickly have replaced at no cost to us.
