I love my refrigerator, especially the pullout drawer under the double doors. Also, my son loves the double ice makers in 2 sizes. On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. This refrigerator is seriously impressive, especially if you’re a little bit of a techie and appreciate appliances that do more than just sit there keeping the milk cold. First, the counter-depth design works beautifully in our kitchen. It gives that clean, built-in look without sticking halfway into the room, but somehow the interior still feels surprisingly roomy. I was prepared to sacrifice storage for the sleeker profile, and so far, I don’t feel like I did. The Beverage Center may be my favorite feature. Having filtered water tucked neatly inside keeps the exterior clean, and the entire setup just feels thoughtfully designed. Add the dual ice maker, Family Hub, AI features, and all the smart functionality, and there’s plenty here for those of us who enjoy technology perhaps a little more than necessary. I also love the charcoal glass and stainless combination. It’s modern without looking overly futuristic, and it works perfectly with the clean look I wanted for the kitchen. Now here’s where Samsung caused a problem. I liked this refrigerator so much that I went back and started replacing the other appliances to match the Bespoke lineup. A new gas range and AI dishwasher will soon be joining it. Was that the original plan? Absolutely not. Apparently the refrigerator initiated a full kitchen appliance restructuring. At this price point, this is obviously an investment, so I’m not handing out five stars because the screen is pretty. For me, it’s the combination of counter-depth proportions, usable interior space, Beverage Center, smart features, and overall design that makes the price easier to justify. Long-term reliability will ultimately determine whether Samsung keeps me this enthusiastic. But right now? Would I add this to cart? We went for the sleek design for our modernized our kitchen and this fridge offered a unique dash of personality. I love how it’s fit into its cabinetry space while still offering spacious storage within. The stainless finish is amazing. Its 4 doors integrates separate piles of groceries, leftovers, beverages, and frozen stuff with ease, and I have no more a cluttered fridge. The old fridge we got with the home was small with less space and is aesthetically dull. The freezer was easy to use and simple with a spacious layout, while the access drawers allow a simple retrieval of frozen items with no sticking needed. In an addition to all the other functions, it does run quietly, which is an asset in our open style house. the lights are bright but not blinding, and the adjustable a door shape is a great feature. Really Nice. Two drawbacks. 1. you can't close both doors at the same time.. You have to close the right door then the left. 2. The user interface to control temp. lights etc. it so sleek it's hard to understand. I accidentally turned the fridge lights off and can't figure out how to reset them to turn on when you open the doors. Otherwise it's actually a great price.
