That is a mistake I made, I was so anxious to see what it would look like put together. It is a beautiful couch and it has held up from the tiny hands and feet of my great grandkids. If you want a beautiful, strong sofa, you can’t go wrong by purchasing this one. The only regret I have is that I purchased the cream and not the white. This square arm sofa delivers a mid-century modern look and a streamlined silhouette to your space. Sofa was delivered faster than expected! No missing or damaged parts. Although instructions were mostly pictures, they were easy to follow. I built it myself and took about an 1.5h. The back cushions are a bit flat, the seat cushions are thick and firm. Did not expect the back part of the sofa to be a piece of metal and light fabric covering it, but for the price I can’t complain. Works for its purpose for now but don’t expect it to be durable in the long run. I love the color and am happy with the purchase! (the plastic on the sofa is to protect from my cats scratching). Was exactly what we needed! We were looking for a couch for a small space that was still comfortable. The seats were deep and cushions comfortable. Would suggest having two additional large pillows for decor but also makes it more comfortable. Got in white and was easy to get stains out.
