It took 1 month to receive the tub. It was delivered damaged and took 2 weeks to have it removed from my driveway. It then took an additional 2 months from my original delivery date to receive the replacement. After many phone calls, I did receive some money off. Since I was replacing an older hot tub, the install was vey easy. Now that I have it up and running, I’m in it almost daily. I can’t say enough good things about this tub. The Lakeside above ground pool package is a beautifully design exterior. The package comes with a blue overlap liner (pattern and brand may vary), standard maintenance kit, filter/pump combo, A-frame ladder with anti-entrapment barrier and a wide-mouth skimmer.

Delivered on time. Shipping partner was supposed to call ahead so we didnt have a 300 pound box on our porch, but that isnt a fault of wayfair. Will update when we open the box and inspect the poo. Well.... we installed the pool (not east without like 6 people). Not as the greatest quality parts to put it together. Pump as already gone bad after 6 weeks of use. The hot tub is great! It was delivered within the original time frame of 2-3 weeks, and had no issues with leaks or damage. The tub is comfortable and has plenty of power. The instruction manual could be ALOT better, but for the quality and price of the tub It is well worth it. One thing to note is that the tub did not come with the wiring to connect from the control panel to the house, and the shell did not include a hole for the wire to exit through. Not sure if this typical with hot tubs or not, but expect to buy several feet of #6 wire to connect the tub to the disconnect box and to drill a hole in the frame to feed the wire out.. Lori. US. Update Wayfair owed upto the delay and refunded us partially for the extra money we had to pay to the installers due to last minute cancellation. Additionally, we heard back from Strong Spas senior management and they are sending a technician to evaluate the spa and fix anything that needs to be done. We were initially worried about whether manufacturer is reliable but so far, they have been communicating with us promptly. Increasing rating to 4 stars and will further update once it’s up and running and we can use it. Initial Review The bottom of the spa has punctured holes which have been created somewhere in the shipping process. Wayfair was kind to connect with the manufacturer but now waiting for a fix. Prior to this, delivery was delayed because the item was too heavy. Item was finally delivered but with a Punctured base that would cause a rodent or insect issue later.
