The chair is beautiful. It is well balanced, sturdy and stable. The seat is firm but could soften in time. Taller clients have mentioned the foot rest is a little shallow. Ok I thought the chair wasn’t working. However after taking it back a loose I realized it was my error. I was tired after putting together the salon station by that point. The chair is great. These are really sharp looking. I like that the rubber is on the bottom of chair and not ring around edge.
