Overall very pleased with this sofa, it is extremely soft plus it is very reasonably priced for its size and look and it was also fairly easy to assemble. Only thing that surprised us was the delivery method since it comes in various boxes at different times, so it was a little bit of a scare when we got notified that the couch was delivered and it was only one (not so big) box, but then we received the rest, instructions are also a bit tricky especially when starting to build but it becomes easier as you go by!. I received this sofa yesterday and I’m still waiting to see if the seat cushions inflate more. I don’t think vacuum sealing the seat cushions is a good idea at all! You have to wait 72 hours to a week for the cushions to inflate. So far they still have a long way to go after 28 hours. So hopefully after 72 hours to a week the sofa can be sat on. Also, the bracket that connects the left arm to the back of the sofa isn’t mounted completely to the correct angle. There is a slight misalignment. I covered it with a throw blanket so that it isn’t noticeable.. Ruth. Wilmington, NC. Tue Sep 29 2026

Love this couch! Beautiful color, and very soft. Great addition to my empty living room! The back is a tad bit shorter than imagined, but I will get used to that. Assembly was a beast, but that may be because I am a paralegal, not a furniture builder. Also, directions provided with purchase were different than the online version, which was a little confusing..
