You did good Wayfair! I needed a rug runner to cover up hot pink nail polish that my granddaughter spilled on the carpet. The first rug I ordered was in bad shape. It had a horrible chemical smell, and the colors were blotchy. It was in bad shape. Wayfair made it super easy to return. This is my replacement rug, and its beautiful. Only reason it didn’t get 5 star is part of the edge won’t stay flat no matter what we try. It’s too much hassle to return it so we shift that to the back of the room where there’s less traffic.
