Pretty chairs, exactly as pictured. Easy to assemble. The chairs are pretty deep so you cant sit back in them comfortably... but I have boys on the verge of being teenagers so no one sits in a chair normally in my house anyhow! If you like to curl up and read, the chairs are perfect for that. I would say that since I like to move furniture around a lot, these are not the best chairs for that. When I pull on the back of the chair to move it, the back starts to come off - its not broken - its just pulling up along the metal slide that it slots into. I was worried there were no reviews yet, but took a chance. I’ve been looking for a navy blue velvet arm chair that was a mid century modern style, had deep seat, but not too wide for our space (less than 36 inches). The chair is as pictured and also the specs are accurate. However, I should have realized the back is not as high as our old chair but I’ve improvised and added a pillow for me to rest my head. The legs also seem darker than in the pics. It is comfortable to sit in so far and I prefer a firm seat. The back pillow has a zipper so you can take it out to clean or you can change the insert padding and it is reversible. The seat cushion also has a zipper and is removable but you can’t use the other side because it has velcros. Love the deep navy blue color and the soft velvet. These have been nice chairs. Solid. Easy to assemble. My only complaint is that as you sit in them the cover for the cushion begin to rotate under the cushion, messing up the little rolled trim. You also cannot flip the cushion over - it's one directional - so you're frequently having to readjust the cushion inside and cover so it's not weird looking. Not what I was expecting but definitely a great addition to our play room! As far as color goes it is exactly as pictured, and very soft. Our chair has seemed to either not fully form (it arrived condensed/rolled up) or it just has looser fabric for a more beanbag like feel.
