My original complaint: I ordered two sets of two chairs for a total of 4 chairs. Just the 4 upper chairs without legs or hardware were in the two boxes. they are useless as delivered! Upon complaining to Wayfair, the rep sent my complaint back to the factory. It turns out that the legs and hardware and an Allen key for each chair were concealed in a zippered compartment under the seat. This took a long time; Wayfair should've known the solution to the problem when I first contacted customer service. I saw the $1500 table and chairs set which can be confusing cus the chairs come in sets of 2 and with the $1500 set it says Set of 2 then on the order page it shows 4…. Well that means you’d get 4 sets of 2=8 chairs!! That’s way too many for this size table! It’s definitely on the larger side of these types of round tables and note having it in my house I almost wish I’d gotten like 37 inch not 47.5. But I am so happy with my order! What can I say except, Wayfair you’ve done it again! Time and time again and you never disappoint! I am in the process of switching out all my furniture from my previous home to all white new furniture with gold accents in keeping with the design theme O have done for my new build. I have a small pet and a daughter at home, plus family members who visit from time to time, so, even though my theme is elegance, it was important for it to be LIVABLE and not a museum you can’t touch. Hence, my research led me to white performance fabric. When I tell you this choice did not disappoint, it did not. My daughter’s boyfriend spilled red wine on it on Thanksgiving night at dinner, I didn’t know until the day after Thanksgiving, which reads STAIN in my brand new chairs that were only delivered day or two before Thanksgiving! For me (on my screen), the white color is more of a cool tone - like faded cardboard - whereas I thought the pictures looked like it was a warmer white.
