Safavieh Handmade Abstract Deema Modern Wool Natural Ivory

Experience the luxurious feel of handwoven wool underfoot with this abstract rug. Designed for indoor residential use, its high-low pile adds a unique textural dimension to your modern or transitional modern decor.

Looks great! Feels like a soft, shaggy dog. The twin parts between the wool are very thin and it slips easily, so definitely add a rug pad with cushion and grip. It sheds like crazy (like said dog) but I'm hoping it calms down eventually. First vacuum I picked up a medium-sized dog of wool, second time a cat size.. Anonymous. Boulder Creek, CA. Introducing the Mexico Rug Collection: Enhance your home with the beauty and style of this Natural-style abstract handmade area rug. Featuring a soft feel and soothing neutral tones with a high-low texture, it adds dimension to any space without overpowering the décor. Expertly hand-hooked in India using natural dyed wool, this rug promises both elegance and sustainability.

I gave it 4 stars because the rug really elevated the space, it is pretty and thick. However, it sheds A LOT. Had it for about two months now and after regularly vacuuming it with handheld and robot vacuum, what you see in the vacuum on the picture is from one pass over the entire carpet. It also leaves those little fibers around it. Additionally, it is not as soft as some people claimed (it’s okay for bare feet but not that soft). It unfortunately has become a victim of our cat occasionally using it is a scratching pad (which if I knew it wasn’t really that soft I would probably not get it for that reason). Overall it is high quality and it’s too large to be returned but it is in my opinion too high maintenance.. Aleksandra. Brookline, MA. Sun Oct 25 2026

Love this rug!! looks great in my guest room- highly recommend. Mairead. Newton, MA. Wed Oct 14 2026

I am so pleased with this rug - it is exactly what I wanted. I did so much research and reading of reviews. I wanted the Nourison Graceful wool rug that I saw online. When I found this rug on Wayfair it had a different name but the pictures were identical to those posted on other sites as the Nourison but the price was 300-400 less. After much contemplation I decided to take the leap and order from Wayfair because they could guarantee delivery before my new furniture arrives on Saturday. The rug came today, perfectly packaged and guess what It’s the Nourison Graceful rug I was hoping for!! The color is perfect, exactly what I wanted. This is a beautiful wool rug - very well made and the perfect thickness. It is soft and cushioning underfoot. I also paired it with a Wayfair rug pad which makes it super plush. I am so happy with my decision. Thank you, Wayfair!!. Anonymous. Wed Jun 10 2026

Arabic word when considering something splendid! Certainly, there is no better interjection when facing this new collection. Simply unique, Zahi collection rugs are distinguished by a new weave technique rich in high and low relief, and allied to a 3D effect, providing a unique movement to the rug.
