I really want to give 5 stars for quality look and feel of fabric, legs, design and ease of assembly. Received bench which 1 side support and end major flaws - filled and covered up a miss-drilled hole in 1 end piece and a splice one side rail. Would never have purchased without a serous discount if at all. I have neither time or patience to undo partial assembly and rebox to return. Seem to be other comments after reading many more of them. Not a one off issue, buyer beware. Also has protective slides on the legs in white, on dark wood. Stands out and need to be switched to brown or remove.. Linda. Wesley Chapel, FL. Fri Aug 28 2026

Nice fabric, feels good for sitting and enjoy that I can have the wooden side up. My only complaint is that when the wooden side is up, it does look a bit like the lid is “upside down”. The lid is heavier than expected so we won’t be flipping it over often to access the storage inside. Overall happy with it and enjoy the purchase.. Rosa. San Leandro, CA. Wed Sep 23 2026

This coffee table matches, our outdoor furniture perfectly. The size is large, and the colors are just as depicted. My only complaint would be that there is no way to attach the cushion top to the rattan bottom. It just sits on top of it which means that every bump or foot placed on the hassock moves the cushion. Will have to come up with someway to fasten on our own.. Anonymous. Tue Sep 05 2023

This is a nice looking bench. All that had to be done to assemble was to screw in the legs…..SO easy. The fabric is a boucle with a nubby texture. The gray color is very pretty. The lid doesn’t open all the way up which could be an issue if you have something larger to put in it. But for the most part, it’s perfect for blanket storage etc. The lid does stay open when the hinges are locked making it easy to grab things from inside. I think this bench is a pretty good purchase!. Sue. Hartland, WI. Wed Aug 05 2026

We were surprised how lightweight it is. And how well built it is. So glad we picked this up. We placed it at the end of a bed for our large aging dog to be able to still get on and off the bed unassisted! Color is great lighter in person not as beige as it seems in picture but we will be looking into a fabric protecting spray to keep it looking new! Solid piece and would buy again.. Cantrell. Tampa, FL. Tue May 05 2026
