This couch was exactly what I was looking for. It is a gray-beige color, which is to say it looks grayer in person than the picture. That was fine with me! It is firm, but very comfortable. The fabric is soft. The back cushions are attached, which is the only way to go, in my opinion. My only criticism is that it comes with too many throw pillows (4), and they match the color of couch too closely for my taste. Delivery was faster than estimated. The sofa arrived with no apparent damage. One tiny little issue…there were three holes for the legs to be screwed into and one in the back of the sofa with a mark where the hole was supposed to be drilled. We had to drill the hole ourselves.
