The bed looks good and sturdy. However, we used it for 13 months and then it the frame suddenly snapped and broke. We heard the thud while we were laying in bed and it just collapsed. We dont have kids that jump in the bed or use it inappropriately. We called Wayfair and they refused to repair or replace it since it was just after the 1 year warranty. We offered to pay for replacement parts but they refused that too and said we will have to buy the whole bed again and instructed to buy their extended warranty next time.
