I am very pleased with this console table. As mentioned in other reviews, it is pressed board with a laminate overlay, but you get what you pay for. From a distance, it looks very stylish, and the added metal contrast is exactly what I was looking for. This table is perfect for what I needed it for. A couple of things to note however: Expect a much darker color than what is advertised--wish it was as advertised!!! The box it came in did not say "Nastya 54" table" but "Durango 54" table" in 'colonial' color, so guessing this is just what everyone is actually getting. The wood also scratches extremely easily especially on the top shelf, so be careful sliding decor around on it. Setup wasn't the worst, but it wasn't "easy" either. We could NOT get one of the 4 shelf screws in towards the very end of setup....tried everything...so we just left it out as another reviewer stated. This looks beautiful superficially. But compared to other furnitures I have ever purchased here, this is by far a low quality piece. The wood is chipping easy, screwing the parts breaks it. We had assembled it at a carpeted area due to how flimsy it is. The boards/shelves feels solid though. The chip on the picture is from transportation. There are more chipping on the edges that I did not take a picture. I’d love to give this a chance so I opted not to return it due to the hassle of reboxing. The small part is almost useless but just screwing that as instructed on assembly guide just fell apart. If you are looking for a more solid piece, I do not recommend this. If you are looking for just aesthetics, this is not bad. Assembly btw is a PIA. Needs improvement. The locking system joing the parts is not good. The table console is wood but it’s not as “solid” as it states in the description. Assembly was straightforward but many of the pieces were missing number for parts but it was easy enough to figure it out. Nice table, pretty light. My only complaint is the pre-drilled holes were not drilled well so it cracked and shattered the wood. It is a nice looking wood and has a smoked smell to it which is pleasant. It could have been better quality wood but I can work with it. I’ve been very impressed with all the styles from Wayfair, from high end to low end and impressed with the variety and selection.
