The dresser is perfect by the window, sits just below the windowsill. The gray color is also very nice. We had an issue with the delivery where the 2 long parts were broken into pieces. Wayfair got the issue resolved and we were able to completely build the dresser, although it took more than a week for the replacement to arrive.
