Made in the USA, distressed mantels are perfect for when your fireplace needs to show some serious character. With heavy gouging, your mantel will look like it's got more than a few stories to tell. This is a handcrafted hollow fireplace mantel. Our mantels are hand-made with love and passion. These mantels are as beautiful as they are useful, robust, light, and elegant. The distressed look is achieved by hand with attention to detail. As a result, no two beams are the same and your beam will be one-of-a-kind. Dimensions may vary slightly from selected, due to the nature of the wood and the time effect on it. We use pine boards for our distressed mantels. The final product might appear a bit lighter or darker because of the lighting and nature of the wood.

We bought the console shelf for the front entry. Although it had some defects, overall, it is a beautiful piece. The manufacturer did compensate us 15% for the defects and I was able to fix them myself. It helps that the top is rustic and I was able to hide the marks. Pics are included. The shelving is solid wood and the frame has a modern black finish that works beautifully with the wood. Its a great addition and I would recommend it, although be aware that the quality control is a bit lacking.. Iz. AZ. Sun Sep 27 2026

These shelves look really nice and I love the rustic, natural wood look. I haven’t installed them yet, so I can’t speak to how easy they are to install or how sturdy they are once mounted. The Sorel Rustic Tallboy Chest brings authentic reclaimed character into the bedroom with layered texture and unmistakable individuality. Crafted from solid repurposed hardwood, each drawer front showcases a distinctive combination of stained and painted finishes, creating a patchwork of tone, texture, and history. Rather than standardizing the finish, the natural variations in wood grain, color, and distressing are intentionally preserved. Every drawer face differs slightly in tone and character, giving the piece a collected, storied feel that cannot be replicated. The tall vertical design offers eight generously sized drawers, providing substantial storage while maintaining a compact footprint. Industrial-style hardware and subtle distressing enhance its rustic appeal without overwhelming the form. Warm. Textural. Unmistakably authentic. No assembly required.

When this wood is reclaimed and made into this gorgeous set of shelves, all of its authentic beauty remains. We do not add to or take away from any of the natural distressing that has occurred from decades of use. You will see nail holes, screw holes, nails, discoloration, scratches, dents, and many other variations. Each of these markings is a glimpse into the history of your shelves. You may see holes from a mortise and tenon joint or other time-honored wood joining techniques. You may notice where a hinge or hook is used to hang. No two pieces of wood are the same - that is what makes these shelves so special! They are one of a kind. They have a long story already, and when you bring them into your home, that story continues with you.

The first shelves I received were two completely different stains. I was able to exchange them for a new set and they arrived quickly. They look beautiful in person and easy install!. Jenna. US. Sat Aug 08 2026
