We ordered 3 of these lights. When they arrived 2of the 3 lights were damaged. I immediately started the replacement process and waited to review to see how it worked since I have not had this issue before. I took pictures of the 2 damaged light and the e boxes they came in and submitted. I received an almost immediate response of when new ones would ship and waited. These are a little on the 'light' side, no pun intended. The glass is pretty thin, but they look good. Don't have them up yet, but looking forward to it. As you can see by the photos, I did have an issue with one of the globes being shattered. The FedEx gal decided to literally drop them from about 3' off the ground. She bashed 3 out of 7 packages around on my porch, luckily only one thing got damaged. That I've found so far. Not Wayfair's fault. They handled a replacement very quickly with no hassle.
