It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. As soon as my husband sat in it, we realized the issue with the arms. To remedy this, I bought two bolster pillows so my husband can rest his arms on them. Purchased two of these, they arrived quickly and were extremely simple to assemble. One stays in position very well when reclined, the other tends to tip back up too easily. There were 3 color options in the store I purchased from. Just know that this will not match the color in photo. It is beautiful, but it is a solid, flat, dark brown and is not pictured. No marbling of color as the picture indicates and sadly the one I already had was closer to the one in the pic.
