The ad description shows a picture of an actual plug which is what I wanted. The phone plugs were there but no three prong plug. I guess I did not read the description well enough but the picture of a three prong plug made me believe it was there. So my husband ordered a flat plug system and cut into the small opening and installed it. Took out the round one that it came with and now it works better.
