It looks nice enough and functional for a spare bedroom that does not get used often. It is cheap, put together yourself furniture and the wood is very soft. I can imagine it getting very marked up with use. The drawers are not smooth at all and stick depending on what kind of carpenter you are. The price is fair for what you get therefor cannot be disappointed. There is also a nightstand that matches this dresser although a different brand. But together, you can’t tell the difference. We were looking for something with more of a vertical footprint to make space in our bedroom and this was just right, size-wise. It looks great too, and it's nice to have real wood. Assembly took quite a bit of time, especially since there weren't predrilled holes for a lot of the screws, but it all came together. As others noted, it's good to be aware that the back panel is unfinished, so this dresser must be set up against a wall (which is necessary for safety anyway, with a secure fastener included). I so much LOVE My new Farmhouse Dresser! I just got assembly completed and the process was straight forward and actually simple to assemble. Easy to understand with the instruction booklet. This Dresser is VERY ATTRACTIVE to look at. Once assembled the Dresser is very very solid and heavy. The 6 Drawers are just like it says in the description. They are very very spacious. Which is a huge plus for me! Definitely did not expect them to be as roomy as they are. I also love the THICK wooden top. The smooth wood grain on the top of the Farmhouse Dresser really added ALOT to the over all beauty and high quality of this Dresser. Also, I chose not to add on the two black metal pieces of hardware that came with the Dresser to keep the Dresser from being tipped over I'm assuming. I don't have any Kids in my home to worry about that happening. But I would also HIGHLY RECOMMEND anybody that does have small children please use this hardware on each side of the front of dresser to avoid an accident. However you just have to know how to put things together. -some of pre-drilled holes might be just a little bit off but common sense you line everything up. -Such as specifically the black tracks; line to the edge of the wood (do them all the same as the last) If for any reason, your drawers didn’t sit on the tracks and fit in correctly, there is a way to fix it - just go back and check your work.
