We are so happy with this dresser and changing table! It’s one of those nursery pieces that is both beautiful and incredibly practical, and I love that it’s designed to grow with your child rather than being something you’ll only use for a short period of time. The changing topper is such a convenient feature. Having the changing area securely positioned right on top of the dresser makes everything so much easier and keeps all of the baby essentials within easy reach. It saves space in the nursery while still giving us a dedicated changing station, which is especially helpful when you’re trying to make the most of the room. One of my favourite things about this dresser is that the changing topper is removable. Once our baby outgrows the changing stage, we can simply take it off and continue using the piece as a beautiful dresser. I really appreciate not having to buy an entirely separate changing table that we’ll eventually stop using. It feels like a much more practical long-term investment because the dresser can transition with our child. The Hazelnut finish is beautiful and looks even nicer in person. It has a warm, classic look that works so well in a nursery without feeling overly “babyish,” so I can easily see us continuing to use it for years as our child grows. The overall design feels simple, timeless, and very well made. The drawers are another highlight. They feel sturdy and smooth, and I really like the safety interlocking drawer design, because it helps prevent multiple floors from being opened at the same time. I’m pleased with the overall appearance. The cabinet looks as described. Assembly was simple. I am 72 yr old female with arthritis and it took me about 3 hrs to complete. Full disclosure, I used an it is pressed wood so don’t overload it but it works great for my purposes. electric screwdriver or I’d still be working on it with the small screwdriver that was sent with the hardware. I so much LOVE My new Farmhouse Dresser! I just got assembly completed and the process was straight forward and actually simple to assemble. Easy to understand with the instruction booklet. This Dresser is VERY ATTRACTIVE to look at. Once assembled the Dresser is very very solid and heavy. The 6 Drawers are just like it says in the description. They are very very spacious. Which is a huge plus for me! Definitely did not expect them to be as roomy as they are. I also love the THICK wooden top. The smooth wood grain on the top of the Farmhouse Dresser really added ALOT to the over all beauty and high quality of this Dresser. Also, I chose not to add on the two black metal pieces of hardware that came with the Dresser to keep the Dresser from being tipped over I'm assuming. I don't have any Kids in my home to worry about that happening. But I would also HIGHLY RECOMMEND anybody that does have small children please use this hardware on each side of the front of dresser to avoid an accident. There are a few features I love The locking drawers so that way you can only open drawer at a time is great for very young children, but annoying for the parent-that’s okay though. The crib was pretty easy to assemble and only took about an hour. The hardest part was attaching the black mattress support because one side wouldn’t line up correctly. We had to make a slight adjustment and pull on it a bit to get everything into place. Overall, it arrived in good condition and feels like great quality. Dresser is great and was easy to put together all by myself. It did take a little longer than the 30 minutes the instructions said but probably could have been done if I had a second person.
