I really like it! I had my doubts as we were taking it out of the box. I thought it looked too big. And too white. But now surrounded by chairs and the couch, it's perfect. It's really cute and the shabby chic distressed-look is just right. You may get splinters a bit however along the edges. So if you're looking for upscale and formal, this may not work for you. Very beautiful table, a little bit more distressed looking than the pictures show. The legs are pretty solid, but the top feels a little hollow. It is made of real wood, not particleboard of any kind, but just constructed in a way where the top isn't so solid. So I purchased this table and was so excited to change my whole living room vibe to a warm farmhouse style. I spent many hours picking out all the pieces the description said solid wood. That description said sold solid wood. As you can see it definitely is. I also got 2 side tables. I have more to purchase. I live Wayfair. There was another table that I really wanted. But it was out of stock. I truly regret this one. I don’t know what recourse I have. I don’t know if it can be returned. But the thought of telling my husband he has to take it a part oh boy he won’t be happy. I originally wanted the George Oliver square solid wood table.
