We are very happy so far with the chairs themselves. One issue was the extensive time to receive as they were on backorder although inventory showed 10 in stock when we ordered. They take about 20-30 minutes to assemble each one and everything fits properly. SUGGESTION: Do not use the supplied allen wrench as it is very difficult to tighten the hardware properly with this.
