Great product we purchased the 12x20 said you will need 6 people for 14 hours, I did it in 16 hours by myself the only part I needed a quick hand with was putting up the 4 posts once I had those up I was off to the races directions were very clear few confusing parts but nothing that wasn't fixable, its sturdy and well built all screws lined up with pre tapped holes and it looks great at the campground, 3 hours after completing it we got a thunderstorm with heavy winds, we stayed dry under there, I was 100% leary of it coming from wayfair but I am impressed with it anyone complaining about it should just hire someone to build it because no issues seeing i did 98% of the building of it myself.. Perfect size for our 6 x 6 MasterSpa hot tub. Directions were straightforward but I recommend loosening the screws on the frame when adding the inside bars, or the holes don’t line up and you’ll drive yourself crazy. You will absolutely need a step stool or ladder and it says 2 people for some roof pieces, but I’m saying 3 because it was a lot for us with only 2! The support beams were wobbly and falling over! This gazebo is a game changer! Assembly is complicated, but can be accomplished step by step, and have at least 3 helpers! We receive compliments daily. Ours is one year old, it survived a western NY winter, with a few bolts shaking loose, but no big deal. The curtains are a bit of a job to put up and down, but really worth the effort.
