Everything lined up well and the only issues putting it together were due to my husband's inexperience putting together furniture and a toddler constantly interrupting the process. All in all, this is a great compromise between pricey solid wood and cheap materials because I feel it will be moveable without damage and the finish won't show too much wear and tear. This looks good, not cheap particle board. However, I can't give 5 stars because it is so cheaply made. I don't think it's obvious unless you've assembled it. The metal is so thin- two pieces were warped from shipping . The wood is super lightweight pine. You can carve in it with a fingernail. There are already several scuffs on it before assembly. The instructions are poor. We had to take apart and put back together several times because key details were not included. Also, it shows the last step is installing glass doors, but that's impossible to do with the top piece on so I had to take it off to put doors on. There drawer has no rail or fittings , so it doesn't close all the way. In all it's better than mdf , but not worth the $ and I have serious doubts it will hold up long without scratches .. Milo. We did need several different screwdrivers and a drill because there are a lot of screws and some spots didn't have pre-drill holes. Appreciate the cutouts in the backing for cable management and the height of the legs so you can vacuum underneath. I’m using this tv stand as an entry cabinet. It stands at 30” so it’s a little lower than a traditional entry table but it still works really well. It feels very solid and has a cool rounded shape on the ends. I’m giving it 4 stars for two reasons. 1- some of the assembly steps are odd. I usually don’t complain about that, as it generally is user error, however in this case they should have added an additional connecting peice for the backboard and didn’t, so it’s tricky. 2- the color looks pure white on the website, but it is more of a cream with distressed bits.
