Please keep a clear space of 24 inches x 5.5 inches (approximately 6.3 cm x 14.7 cm) around the faucet, ensuring that there are no built-in filters or hand sanitizer dispensers around the faucet, unless you are willing to cut the floor mat to make it flat. If you need to cut it, you can make a few cuts on the back of the product to bypass the hand sanitizer dispenser. This is simpler and can prevent water from entering. (But cutting requires skill) So it is best to ensure there are no obstacles. It is not suitable for curved-edge sinks, side-sink, circular sinks, or thick faucet bases. I was a little surprised to see how narrow the width of this was, but it has turned out to be perfect. We have a dishwasher but use a drain tray to air dry a few things we wash by hand. This is much more sturdy than the drain tray I had before. I like that it has grooves which help hold the dishes and also the way it can drain right into sink.
