This pan is really cool. I just got it so I don’t have a long time of use, but I love it so far! Some non stick pans have a lot of hype but when you use them, it doesn’t work like advertised. So far, this does! It’s very attractive too, so much nicer than what’s on tv.. Catelyn. NV. Sun Sep 22 2019

The Prestige multi-ply line has a solid foundation built from five layers comprised of a 18/0 magnetic stainless steel base layer, pure and alloy aluminum, finished with an 18/10 stainless steel layer with a diamond non-stick coating, making this the most prestigious line in stainless steel cookware. The Prestige multi-ply five layers cookware line has been developed after many years of research and development. The multi-ply technology that is incorporated results in brilliant cooking performance and their patented swiss diamond nonstick coating results in the perfect food release every time. The bonded layers allow the heat to be evenly distributed and retained around the pan, removing the possibility of hot spots. In saucepans, casseroles and stock pots, the layers also allow for a constant and even temperature in the walls, thus reducing energy loss. This will also have a positive effect on your cooking times, reducing the amount of energy that you have used to produce your meals. A big plus in reducing your household utility bills and emissions! The pans exterior is made of induction friendly magnetic stainless steel eliminating the need for an induction plate with their cookware. The Prestige multi-ply cookware can be used on all cooktops and can easily be transferred to the oven, with their lids being oven safe up to 260°C. Most products include a heat tempered, sturdy glass lid. All of the handles are ergonomically designed to stay cool. The saute pans, woks, and saucepan have a helper handle for additional ease.

Love. The biggest pan has gotten a lot of use. It does seem to have some discoloration but in its defense it did get used on high on a gas stove which is discouraged in the literature. That relative is now delegated to egg and potato peeling exclusively.. Kelley. Memphis Tn. Wed Sep 16 2026

I am delighted with the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Triple Ply Saucepan with Cover! It is a good, heavy pan that holds heat well and cleans up well. After burning the inexpensive pots I previously used to make oatmeal each morning, I replaced them with the Cuisinart and the difference is marked. I have not used it on heat higher than the medium setting on my gas stove and I am using only wooden utensils inside the pot. It has cooked beautifully with no hot spots. Stainless steel sears. Non-stick releases. Most kitchens need both, which usually means two sets of pots and pans competing for cabinet space. The Lexi Home 7-Piece Cookware Set puts both on one surface. Each piece is tri-ply stainless steel cookware, built with an aluminum core between two layers of steel for even heat across the pan. The cooking surface is etched in a diamond pattern. Raised steel handles the sear. Non-stick in the recesses handles the release. Eggs slide free. Steak builds a crust. Pan sauces start from the fond, not from scratch. That is the working principle behind hybrid cookware, and the reason one etched non-stick cookware set can do the work of two. The set covers the core of daily cooking for home chefs. A 10-inch skillet for eggs and quick sears. A 2.7-quart saucepan for grains and sauces. A 4.2-quart sauté pan for one-pan dinners. A 4.8-quart casserole for soups, braises, and pasta. Three lids hold in heat and moisture. Every piece works on gas, electric, and induction cooktops, moves from stovetop to oven - without the lids - up to 500°F, and goes into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. With steel on every exterior surface and steel on the cooking peaks, this kitchen cookware set is built as durable cookware for daily use. Hybrid performance, without the hybrid price tag.

We love this set of cookware. Professionally made and the closest to a commercial set as I’ve been in years. I’m looking forward to many years of use!. Mark N. Fredericksburg, TX. Thu Sep 03 2026
