Beautiful design, so I'll keep it, but sad that it's not the lovely pale blue color as shown in any of the pictures on the website. If I had been shopping for that exact color, I would have been much more disappointed. This rug has more of a brownish blue in the background than the pale blue. I'm hoping it will fade over time. With that said, this rug is much more plush and thick than I expected for the price; the dogs love it! It's a great quality piece with an exquisite design that's perfect for drawing the eye to not only the rug, but the flooring around it, which was my goal for this space. I would have considered returning it but It was too big and bulky for me at 63 years old to try to repack it and carry it out to return. Since we’re in the middle of remodeling after Helene, I cannot show this in the room. I had to make room to roll it out to check colors condition. It’s just what I needed as my hardwood is Brazilian cherry! I’m reusing the cornice with a floral comforter that was packed up when the insurance containment crew came … I happen to have a pillow from that comforter in a closet in room that wasn’t damaged.
