The product itself was easy to put together; the instructions that were included made assembly simple, although it is time-consuming. There were two things that were not as advertised: first, the unit comes with an ash bucket holder; however an ash bucket was not included, and the help desk said that one isn't available. Then why the hole at the bottom, and why include an ash bucket holder? Second, the cover does not account for the smokestack, making the cover look like one big blanket being used to cover the BBQ grill. I'm also not a fan of having to remove the grill grates after every use to remove the ashes, I should have paid more attention to this when making the purchase.. Damon. Reno, NV. Thu Sep 17 2026

Overall, product is great! Love the design of the grill, however the quality can use improvement. This is the sole reason why we are giving 4 Stars. The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. Also, on the very first try of burning wood, the paint started to peel off on the right side part of the grill where we apply wood. They can definitely work on making these grill more durable.. Jose.
