Really nice set, just what I was looking for. I purchased open box since I'm a bargain hound, and everything is perfect except for one issue. Apparently in pickup and delivery process, the box was roughly handled with the end result being the lovely, handled platter/tray, was in pieces. The box was a bit rough looking, but I was optimistic. So sad to hear the rattle of broken pieces when I picked up the box, and very sad that the platter didn't survive.. Judy. Vancouver, WA. Spotted a sample dish in a local store that only carried miscellaneous pieces, and fell in love with the set. Researched online and found Wayfair had the best prices, and as always, outstanding customer service. Ordered two sets, dishes arrived well packaged. We have started using them and they are much welcome in our house. Like other reviewers have said, they seem very sturdy. Food presents beautifully on the plates. Plates, bowls and mugs all have generous capacity. All pieces nest nicely in our dishwasher. The only note I would make is the buttermilk color is a bit lighter than it appears online. Otherwise, with the set, and Wayfair's price and exceptional customer service, you can't go wrong.. Debra. Tualatin, OR. Tue Oct 06 2026
