The dishes arrived safe and sound. They were packaged well and were delivered very quickly. They have a good weight and feel in your hand. Didn’t notice any manufacturing flaws or blemishes (bought two sets). Banged one pretty hard, by accident, and didn’t manage to break it. I heated up food in the microwave and the plates did not get hot. My only issue is that these dishes are advertised as being white and they are light gray. The band on the rim is not black, it is a darker gray. See my attached picture on a white table. I will keep them because I do like them. I just wish that they were the color that I wanted.. Deborah. Royal Albert china is great quality and it is timeless. Wayfair, I am not so pleased about. They made me keep my credit card on file for future purposes. I looked and looked at a way to not have them save it but could not find it. The customer service number I called had me on hold for over 10 minutes before I gave up on that option.
