Slightly larger than expected, but we love it! Not terrible to put together taking 1-2 hours, but figure that’s expected for the size. It is the most comfortable couch. The Ottomans can be moved wherever you want them with ease and our cats like them just as much as we do. It is not a pet friendly material however as our cats quickly tried to scratch it so we put some protective plastic on. But would definitely purchase again! We are living room people and this is definitely a lounge-worthy living room couch! 5 stars!!!. Stephanie. Media, PA. Sun Sep 06 2026

It took one person an hour just to unbox everything, then almost another three to fully assemble. Some screw holes had blockages. The legs are plastic, shocked, thought they would be wood. It will take time for the cushions to fully settle. Assembly was straightforward, just took time. Color is a nice cream, with a little sheen. Fabric is soft and a low-pile crushed velvet, and the cushions are fluffy. This configuration has two corners, two armless, and two ottomans. It is very large! The boxes came with a grease all over them, hoping it did not stain anywhere. This is a decent couch just could have had some nicer features to elevate it.. Anonymous. Wheaton, IL. Wed Oct 28 2026

I received this sofa yesterday and I’m still waiting to see if the seat cushions inflate more. I don’t think vacuum sealing the seat cushions is a good idea at all! You have to wait 72 hours to a week for the cushions to inflate. So far they still have a long way to go after 28 hours. So hopefully after 72 hours to a week the sofa can be sat on. Also, the bracket that connects the left arm to the back of the sofa isn’t mounted completely to the correct angle. There is a slight misalignment. I covered it with a throw blanket so that it isn’t noticeable.. Ruth. Wilmington, NC. Tue Sep 29 2026
