I had bought a table and chair set from Wayfair a few years ago. The table was great, with a glass top. A freak windstorm flipped the umbrella we had in the table and shattered the glass in a million pieces. We needed a new table that would work with the chairs were still had. Beautiful wood table with padded cushion. Cushions are firm initially but soften once they have been used. Building the furniture, there were a few pieces that needed a hole to be completely drilled. The table was easy and quick to build. The chairs took a little bit more time. Directions were very clear on how to build. Once the furniture is together, it feels very strongsolid. It doesn’t look cheap and the design is great. Only gave it 4 stars because the two pieces don’t meet in a level way in the middle despite many adjustments to the bolts to make it flat; part of it is higher than the other. My old folding 13 yr old untreated teak table reached its end, so I was only too happy to find this one to finally replace it. Good delivery and packing, one big flat square box, no damage. I was in love with the wood right out of the box, did not want to mess with it. It’s smooth, even all over, and solid. All we had to do was attach the legs. However, following other reviews and since it would be exposed all summer and possibly a rainy fall before I store it for winter, I treated it with a couple layers of teak oil. It still looks gorgeous after 3 weeks and I’m very happy with my purchase. I was eyeing some 1500-range teak tables on Wayfair that looked better in pictures, but decided on this one when I found it.
