8/10, an absolute WIN! One piece of the table has a dent in it due to shipping and handling. I put a vase on top of it to hide it. Wayfair gave a me a small % of a refund due to the dent. I paid for the professional assembly Wayfair offers, and it took him 3.5 hours to assemble. TONS of pieces, and the instruction manual is crucial! It has plenty of space, is aesthetically pleasing, and gives my kitchen the luxury upgrade I desire. It has two drawers that don’t have the lock when you extend it, so I have to be careful when opening it. I even added books where some would put spices, so I am loving the dual purpose. A bit smaller than expected when compared to the staged photo, might be a stock photo for past size options. All dimensions were correct though. The drawer`s base is a thin backing for so it can bend and break with heavy objects. It did work out in the end for the size of our space. I just expected the extended table to have leg room for 4 people. Build was not difficult, maybe 2 steps that having a partner would be good. I built it by myself in about 3 hours. I love the color and the functionality! Just what I needed for a small kitchen with just 1 drawer. I think I have unrealistic expectations of products shipped and put together at home. The door had scraping marks in more that 1 spot and one of the drawers had a damaged knob. With those exceptions it is a really good value for the money. If you can pay to have it assembled. Acquired this for use in my son’s college apartment this year. It arrived well packaged and was easy to fit in his car for the 7 hour drive. He spent about 2 hours assembling it alone using his own collection of power tools. The box included tools, but he thinks it would have taken an additional 2 hours to assemble with those. He thinks it will work great for the extra storage they needed for the small apartment kitchen, and they really like the extended table feature for additional countertop work surfaces.
