This table is about 4 inches larger than a basic card table. The size is so much more comfortable to play games on, especially Mahjong. Even using it for added space dinner guests is perfect. This table is better than the typical card table you would normally find. It is lighter, but very stable, easy to fold up and carry. This is not a downfall by any means but worth mentioning, that it is somewhat difficult to push the legs to a bend at the hing to release the hold, but may loosen with time. I really have nothing negative to say about the table and actually prefer it over others that I have paid almost double for. I bought this to do large (1,000-1,500pc) puzzles on. There’s plenty of room and it’s both tall enough to sit at with chairs but also not so tall that I can’t pull it up to my couch and work from there. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. What a great size and well made table. Its sturdy and I used it for a party and it worked really well. I wish I could have given it a 5 but it did come damaged. The box was damaged, but I figured it would be ok, since it looked like it was where the round part of the table was, so I didn't bother opening it until I used it. My mistake, that part of the table was damaged, but you could use it as long as you put a table cloth over it. Wish I would have checked it sooner, my fault.
