I gave this order 2 star because the order was cancelled without notifying me. I called customer service and they told me the item was cancelled because the company didn’t deliver to Canada. Customer service said they would try reordering. I did finally received the item but it was a substitute. The log grate was several inches smaller and the bottom mess designed to hole the charcoal was missing. I called customer service to informed them that I had received the wrong item. They said the other item is not available but they can order the bottom part separately. It’s been several months since I made the original order and I’m still waiting for the bottom part to arrive. Wayfair sent me a $10 gift card for future purchases which will expire in February. I didn’t really care about the small compensation, I would have preferred getting the original order which was worth over $100.00 more than the substitute.
