That was a surprise but it doesn’t look that bad, it definitely makes the chair look cheaper but then again it’s more unique this way. I’m only 5 feet tall so I have to hop into it but it’s very comfortable and I added a couple of my own pillows. Eventually I will probably replace the cushion in this because although it’s comfortable, it’s a cheap material, like a rayon or polyester and it has a sheen that a cheap cushion tends to have. Item arrived missing the footing piece for two of the support legs. Wayfair support dutifully handled contacting the manufacturer to obtain the missing parts. They arrived over three weeks later. Putting the chair together was quite easy and took less than 30 minutes. My wife is very pleased with how comfortable it is.
