Appears to be well made and good quality, fits my smaller space perfectly. The chairs are on the smaller side, but then it is a smaller table as well so they go together well. This set is beautiful, a perfect size for my space. It is as pictured. The cherry finish is not overly “ red”. Matches my cabinetry very well. Solid feeling set, chain/ gears for the expansion leaf. There was a small nick in table edge, should cover easily. There was a scratch , maybe just in the varnish, of the pedestal base, won’t easily be seen.
