Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. Assembly was a little tricky because the leaf did not align with the pre-drilled holes. Moving the hardware fixed this. This space-saving folding dining table includes a solid rubberwood drop-leaf table, ideal for small kitchens, dining rooms, or apartments. Built from durable 20-year-old rubberwood, it features lockable and removable wheels for easy movement and stability.

This table looked very cute and has a super vintage design. It is on casters so it is such a good choice for small homes or apartments. This table was very intimidating to put together. And I nearly broke on step 8 where there are several hinges that need to be put on in a very tight space. This step should be completed before step 7. Where the top of the table is put on. But regardless ot was impossible to complete. The tablr also did noy come with the folding chairs despite being pictured with them. It is my understanding that butterfly tables usually cone with the chairs that fold up into the storage compartment. So this should be more clear. Chairs are sold separately.
