Wow! I feel sorry for the other guys that are drawn to the inferior pits that are offered here. There are a few that match quality materials and style. Very few exceed it though. It is smaller than many other pits however, there are larger cast iron pits but costing much more! Our pit will fit our cozy corner in my garden nicely. The grate is solid and unlike many other pits, it requires a rocket scientist to assemble. So don’t be fooled by the fancy unnecessary add ons , and don’t get attached by the fine finishes offered. You will be replacing both soon enough with your next pit! Fire pits are supposed to look like this iron pit which will age gracefully and rust won’t claim it any time soon. Buy a cover for 15 bucks and you’re gold. Don’t let an added cover sway you to an inferior piece. Or don’t be led to a pit with a added poker. Use a stick!! If you are looking for a pit that is easy to put together, will look great a long time, is versatile as a cooker and will last a long time with minimal fuss and capital, DUH !!! Buy this pit!!!. Enjoy the evenings out in the garden or on the patio while staying warm by the fire. The fire bowl is a perfect source of a low flame for roasting marshmallows or just lighting up the evening.

This is a very heavy and solid fire pit. It is so unique and modern looking. We designed it to sit in a corner on our deck and built it to spec. Unfortunately, it is really heavy and when it arrived, it was cracked throughout. We were worried these hairline fractures would spread. So far they are holding. The materials it's made of seemed to be a marble, but it is a composite concrete or something which is why it cracked under the weight of the design. It's still so pretty. The tray to hold the logs isn't very deep and will only hold a few at a time. Kinda small, kinda expensive, but it's what we wanted. Hope it holds up.. Darlene. Chicago, IL. Tue Apr 06 2021

Create a cozy patio setting as you watch the flames dance from this unique fire bowl

I've had this fire pit for several years now. I will say, it's held up well for all the abuse I've given it! Some very big, hot fires. I use it for yard/tree debris, and the occasional, sit around the fire with a glass or two of wine. It's been left out in the rain and snow and none the worse for it. My only complaint is the design cut into the metal. A few more connections would have made it better. Some of the deer/antlers have warped, probably from the heat, and are leaning out. Other than that, a nice buy.. Laurie. Waterford, PA. Fri Mar 15 2024
