I got this pan to see if I would like it before I bought the whole set. I got is March 30 and it is now May 5. I use it about 4x a week. No discoloration and no coating coming off. With that being said I do not use A LOT of oil, I have a oil mister. I do not place in the dishwasher, I hand wash with a sisal dish brush. I do not use metal utensils, I use silicone.. Miranda. Love love I’m surprised how thick it is and a nice weight not too heavy and not to large. I have all clad pans and this is a nice addition to an everyday pot . I bought it mainly to make rice bc of the width it’s hard to find pot that’s aren’t narrow for rice .This is perfect for it I haven’t made anything else in it yet just rice but seems it’ll be my got too for many dishes .
