Shipping was fast and everything seems well packed. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Check your local permitting requirements before ordering. I live about 1,000ft from a bay that connects to the Gulf. Our area requires 150mph wind rating. This only has a 35mph wind rating. Honestly, I’m not sure of any place that never gets wind over 35mph. If your area allows you to build under a certain square footage without pulling a permit, you may be able to bypass the wind rating.. C. R.. FL. Tue Apr 01 2025

Love this gazebo so far! My husband I put this together in about 11 hours. I will say that there were some parts that were mislabeled and a couple of pieces that were missing the pilot holes. But, overall the assembly wasn’t nearly as bad as I imagined.. Carly. Mon Aug 17 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great!! I can finally sit outside on my rooftop patio in the rain!  You can do alot with a 12x16. I have two couches and two swivel chairs as well as a coffee table under it Took me one evening of sorting and assembling the beams about 4hrs  Full assembly one 12hr the next day 16hrs in total with two people for the roof.  Two people all day could probably do it in 6-8hrs  Only reason I gave it a 4star review was because the plastic, protective, coating on the roof panels is impossible to take off I took me a half an hour to peel off one whole panel. I said forget this and left the rest.  Idk why its not just grab one corner and rip off.  Its like peeling off cling wrap  I havent had any problems with it being on And my roof gets direct afternoon sun. Nice gazebo. Definitely takes 2-3 people to set up. More if you are able! Well built. Some of the pieces were dented a little but nothing that prevented from putting together or the esthetics of it.. Jennifer. Mesa, AZ. Mon Oct 12 2026

It has a double galvanized steel roof that provides good ventilation and airflow. I'm proactively giving a good rating, and will be back after assembly tomorrow. Good price, and I did some comparisons. I'm disappointed about the delivery. I've had large items delivered before a walk-in tub, custom sofa sleeper and both times, with specific, confirmed delivery instructions - had to get assertive with delivery guys, who prefer to drop these and similar items on my driveway in plain site. For this gazebo delivery, my instructions were to put these heavy boxes in my garage, which didnt happen. The garage doors were wide open FedX never cooperates UPS does. I can always depend on UPS. Ill see how this Assembly goes and then write my review. I'M BACK! Paying for the assembly was smart. 2 guys in uniforms showed up 7 am promptly the day of the predicted storm, and moved the boxes into my garage. They returned the following morning 7 am sharp, laid out all the pieces and had the gazebo built and secured to my deck. Then with owner supervising, the drapes/netting hung with completion in record time at 10:30 am. The gazebo is absolutely beautiful. My neighbor even took pictures of it. The addition of Wayfair's outdoor carpet ties it all together.. Turia. Vauxhall, NJ. Wed Oct 09 2024

Adding an awning attached to your home creates more shade, and might even cover an existing patio or deck. This modern structure has a louvered metal roof. The unique louvered roof design allows you to control the amount of sun or shade you receive. Open both sides of the louvered roof for full sun exposure, close both sides to provide full shade, or do a mix- the possibilities are endless. The illustrated step-by-step instruction will guide you through every step of the installation process. The Louvered Room is a multi-functional product that will add a sophisticated and modern look to your outdoor space. Cozy furniture set and an outdoor area rug make a great space to entertain in the shade.Having a backyard space to enjoy is a luxury, but sometimes too much direct sunlight can ruin the outdoor experience. If you're experiencing too many sunbeams at inopportune times, there are plenty of backyard shade ideas to provide some extra cover and make your space more enjoyable.

Mesh netting provides insect protection and ventilation, and a built-in USB light strip creates a warm evening ambiance. Perfect for relaxing or entertaining outdoors. Assembly takes 3–4 people about 4 hours.

Great product we purchased the 12x20 said you will need 6 people for 14 hours, I did it in 16 hours by myself the only part I needed a quick hand with was putting up the 4 posts once I had those up I was off to the races directions were very clear few confusing parts but nothing that wasn't fixable, its sturdy and well built all screws lined up with pre tapped holes and it looks great at the campground, 3 hours after completing it we got a thunderstorm with heavy winds, we stayed dry under there, I was 100% leary of it coming from wayfair but I am impressed with it anyone complaining about it should just hire someone to build it because no issues seeing i did 98% of the building of it myself.. Great quality!! Perfect for my back yard.. Anonymous. Fri May 29 2026

This outdoor gazebo will give you a place to not only shelter from the sun and rain, but also a private space where you can spend quality time with family and friends.

Better than expected. Seems to be well made. I hired a construction guy/friend to assemble it. He brought two employees, and it took a day and a half to assemble. I have only had it up for a month, and it hasn't been through any harsh weather. I will report if it becomes an issue. It looks great, and all of our Wayfair furniture fits under it and around our gas firepit. Nice addition. It is a good value. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality is good. The worst thing is that the quality is bad, and it falls apart. Then, I have a pile of scrap metal in my backyard. So far, very pleased.. Dr. Frank Heresco. Corvallis, Oregon. Tue May 19 2026

I've purchased several things through Wayfair and each of those was a pleasant experience. This hard-topped gazebo is beautiful now that it is complete and it looks impressive in our yard. We look forward to many years of use. But, it had a couple of misleading aspects to it The estimated construction time mentioned on the item's site was grossly understated. Even with the help of a second person for certain tasks, it took me more than 4 times the estimate in the listing -- and I am pretty experienced at constructing similar things. The product's installation instructions were nicely illustrated, but several parts were mis-labled in the instructions and several of the instructions didn't cover crucial details. More instructions and more explicit details would have been very useful. Some instructions were so ambiguous that I had to try out more than one possibility, going back and re-doing certain things. That is the product manufacturer's fault, though. Wayfair's transaction went very well. They are efficient, speedy, accurate and responsive. One quibble: in the time between placing my order and receiving the shipping confirmation (just a couple of days), the gazebo's price dropped almost $100. It would have been nice of them to give me the reduced price.. Thomas. MI. Sun Aug 09 2026

We ordered the 14x28 Purpleleaf Gazebo. We were looking for an easy maintenance option as our prior one (much smaller) was cedar and always needed cleaned and re-stained. We are extremely happy with the quality and look of this gazebo. It is massive but exactly what we wanted- an outdoor living space protected from the elements! The instructions could use a lot of work. It doesn’t appear they actually built it themselves when writing them. They needed more actual written instructions and not just pictures. My husband is very handy so of course figured it all out but it took us both looking over the steps multiple times to be sure we were installing the correct pieces in the correct way. It is critical that you have a tall ladder- we have a little giant ladder and it was perfect. You also need a 2nd person on hand (that was me) as some things just can’t be done alone. We even had to use a ladder as a deadman because we needed a 3rd person when putting up the frame. outside frame.. Nicole. Hilliard, OH. Sun Jul 26 2026
