So far, so impressed! My office remodel got delayed so the desk is still an assembly-in-process, but the materials are all solid and in great shape. Be advised that it does ship in two boxes and they're both fairly heavy, so many hands will make light work. This is a great standing desk. I previously used a desktop riser, but I really like that this entire desk adjusts up and down. This is one product/company review that I was excited to post. I ordered the Cendrillon L-Shape Desk along with the 1-Drawer Storage and 2-Drawer Storage Cabinets. I am very happy with the quality and style of this wedge corner desk. The furniture is very well made and looks great - exactly what I wanted. Five stars for Wayfair on speed of delivery and customer service. The shipping estimate I received from several furniture stores for these pieces was 10-12 weeks. I found this set on Wayfair and it was delivered in 5 days! One of the cabinets was damaged upon arrival, and Wayfair is replacing this item at no charge ... and I do not have to return it. This was such a pleasant surprise! The cabinet is heavy and repacking and shipping it back would have been very difficult for me. Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina.
