Due to a larger parcel delivery, this was my first experience with Wayfair Home Delivery. They gave me ample time to reschedule delivery if needed and provided follow ups on the time of delivery. We were having a rain storm and they took the time and consideration to make sure it was in a secure location out of the rain. The chairs arrived in perfect condition! They are sturdy but not heavy and I think the chair pad adds just enough comfort and style. I really like the size of the set of chairs. The chairs go perfectly in my guest room.
