The fan is so pretty and has a lot of crystals to install even more than I thought but unfortunately the manual does not tell you how to hook the hanging round crystals only the flat crystals that go around the pretty bottom part with beads on it. My handyman came and was going to hang it finally but after looking at it and my junction box he told me he would have to come back when he can because he needs to make a better support to hold the fan because it is so heavy. This is just so cool - the only reason for taking off a star is that the rod it comes with is way too long.
