Originally, I ordered the 66” unfinished but the 56” was delivered (upon measuring it we found it is really 53”-that was disappointing) . Wayfair was willing to switch it out for the 66” but also gave us an option of refunding the difference. We decided to take the refund due to having company coming and wanted the porch finished. I did a light spray paint to give it a washed paint look to match the antique metal chairs and table we have. The swing also comes with cup holders on each side that you need a smaller sized glass or cup to fit into the opening, regardless, it is a great option. It was easy to assemble and well constructed and with the chaise cushion we added gives a very comfortable to sit or lay down. I love the appearance using ropes to hang the chair. I am giving it a 4 star rather than 5 because it is not the full 56”. Other than that, it is a great price, solid construction, and looks as good as the more expensive versions.. Lorraine. The item was delivered without the seat cushion. When I contacted Wayfair customer service, I provided a screenshot of the original product listing and photos and was told that the item did not come with cushions. This was not disclosed anywhere in the product information/specifications when we purchased it - all the photos included the cushions. After I raised the issue, Wayfair completely updated the product page and photos then attempted to say that the cushions were clearly listed as not included. I have timestamped screenshots of the original listing showing otherwise. Wayfair then offered a $100 credit toward purchasing the cushions, despite knowing that $100 would not be sufficient to replace them. I have now been waiting for over a month for the replacement cushion or even a meaningful update on when it will be delivered. I let our account manager know several times that the cushion had to be delivered this week as we have a wedding and the swing has been mounted outside the bridal suite. We are also a business with a commercial Wayfair account, and this experience has been particularly disappointing. The way this issue was handled, including changing the product information after the fact rather than acknowledging what was originally advertised, has left us extremely frustrated. The issue was reported the day the iteam was delivered, I provided documentation, and I have followed up multiple times.
