I'm not sure about this chair, it looks great but it is really deep for a barstool. Residentially it's great, it's almost like a lounge chair because of the depth and I could sit in it for a long time. I don't like that it swivels. This is going in a bar for an outdoor restaurant sitting on a beach at a hotel. It's a bit too deep and the spinning is not so good in a commercial setting because people tend to get hurt. The chair is very sturdy and well made. I think it will be okay, we are having a lumbar pillow made so it doesn't sit quite so deep and a new cushion for the seat as the cushion on it isn't very soft. It’s very nice and well made. The only thing that bothered me that I had bought 2 of the stools the end of last year but since we remodel our kitchen so I need 2 more stools. I ordered the same exact stools but the new one show up with different shade of stain finish on the legs.
