It is not the 14” ultra plush. It is the 13” plush. Wayfair sent me a replacement for the first one and the replacement was also the 13” so they refunded me for the mattress and told me to dispose of both mattresses. I really needed the ultra plush but this one is very comfortable if you like a plush mattress, it feels like laying on very soft foam on top of air. I can’t sleep on it due to my bad back but it does offer decent support and comfort. My husband likes it a lot and he prefers a soft mattress and is a side sleeper.
