The pillows are beautiful and very soft! My partner, a chronic overheater, was nice and cool all night. One star removed because one of the pillows came with a hole and a little of the filling came out. Easy fix.. Anonymous. Pensacola, FL. Thu Oct 22 2026

Gel infused shredded memory foam combines the best of both worlds to provide you with the best sleep possible. Memory foam can retain body heat, resulting in a pillow that is too warm in the middle of the night. Infusing gel into the memory foam fibers solves this issue because the gel stays below your body temperature, providing you with a continuous cooling effect that will help you sleep more peacefully!

I’m still waiting for them to completely blow up but so far they look great. David W. Mon Sep 07 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Contour Pillow with Serene Foam for a few weeks now, and I’ve got to say, it’s been a game-changer for my sleep. Here’s my honest take: The contoured shape really does wonders for my neck and shoulders. I’m a side sleeper, and I’ve noticed a significant reduction in my usual morning stiffness. The Serene Foam is pretty impressive - it’s supportive without feeling like you’re sleeping on a rock. One thing that really stands out is how cool it stays throughout the night. I tend to run hot, but this pillow doesn’t trap heat like my old memory foam one did. It’s like it breathes or something. The cover is nice and soft, and being able to toss it in the wash is a big plus. I was a bit skeptical about the whole “Active Air Technology” thing, but I have to admit, it seems to work. It’s not perfect - it took me a couple of nights to get used to the contour shape, and if you’re someone who likes to squish your pillow into different shapes, this isn’t for you. But for me, the neck support and cooling properties make it a keeper. Overall, if you’re dealing with neck pain or you’re a hot sleeper looking for some relief, I’d say give this pillow a shot. It’s been a solid upgrade for my sleep setup.. Marijat1_255554. Tue Nov 26 2024

I can’t sleep on my ears. I can’t take the heat. So a while back I bought a pillow with a hole in the middle to help with this. The only problem is the pillow is so small it barely helps. Other ones I’ve looked at, the price is outrageous. This pillow is the best pillow I have ever used. It has the indentation in the center so my ear isn’t against the pillow plus it has the shape that completely forms to my neck. And it’s so easy to hold onto at night. It also has a pillowcase on it that helps with the heat. I can’t recommend highly enough. Would definitely buy again.. Bettidavizeyezz. Kentucky. Fri Oct 23 2026
