It arrive damaged. I opened the first box and there was damage in the arm of part of the couch. I wanted to return the whole set. I looked at Wayfair site and the were trying to charge me almost $300 to return. I paid $700 and change. It was not worth it so I hired someone to repair it. This set arrived in several boxes and was a little daunting once we broke into them. It took about 5 hrs to assemble them all. The parts fit well together. Some of the screws are tedious due to their location, but luckily they are all pretty similar in build. Once you build one, it's basically rinse and repeat. We absolutely love this patio set !! It was an absolute nightmare to assemble and took wayy longer than we had anticipated for sure, but once all was said and done, we couldn’t be happier. I will say that all of the hardware came mixed in one bag so I had to sort everything out and figure out what was what, and when assembling the table, it said to use one screw when it was actually the other, so beware of that. It took a trip to Lowe’s thinking I was short on some screws just to get home to finish assembling and find out I never had to go in the first place. I love the convenience of how it all tucks into itself for easy storage and a clean look while it’s not in use and the cushions are comfortable as well!
